OUR HOME.

Over the last 24 states we’ve met some extremely unique individuals.

From all walks of life they’ve come and gone, providing some beautiful, ridiculous and plain awkward memories for years to come.

You think you’ve met them all, then ‘Chacko the Wacko’ comes along. This 42 year old philanthropic comedian is a mixture of Mother Teresa and Jim Carry, running a children’s home in Northern Kerala.

With 38 little rascals in his care, Chacko has used his happy go lucky attitude to create a family environment, naming the organisation ‘Our Home’.

With the days running low the visit was quicker than hoped for, but spending 2 days with these grommets you’re reminded about the power of laughter and smiles. Despite the hardships experienced by all the kids there is no doubt a brighter future is in store for tomorrow, and with a clown like Chacko running the show it’s inspiring to see humanitarian work fuelled by humour and love.

Surprises in store for Our Home tomorrow.
